What Happens When I Order A Minipack
Whether you want to try some new woodfuels at home, or already know the benefits of Lekto’s products, Minipacks are a great way to order.
Each Minipack weighs 20KG and contains either 10 Heat Logs or 20 Night Briquettes. Supplied in compact cardboard boxes, these quantities are easy to handle and simple to store in your secure, dry place. Whether you keep the products in their boxes or take them out, you won’t feel like you’re trying to complete a complicated 3D puzzle when it comes to storage.
What Do I Need To Provide?
When you complete your order it is really important that you include your email address and/or a phone number so you can be contacted should there be a problem with your order. It’s also crucial to ensure your delivery address is correct when you place the order to prevent delays further on.
What Happens When I Place My Order?
Once you place your order with us, either here on the website, over the phone, or via Amazon or eBay, it is sent to our UK office for processing. Within 1 working day, your order will be sent on to our courier partners, travelling from our warehouse to their central dispatch location. At this point, the courier will contact you to say your order is in the process of being received.
What Do The Couriers Do Next?
After ‘receiving’ the wood products the courier will be back in touch to let you know their scheduled delivery date as well as a time window when you can expect them. If this isn’t convenient for you, there will be contact details for the courier so you can arrange something more suitable. If you have a pallet order (over 360KG) the process will be slightly different, please refer to our delivery page for more details.
What Happens If I’m Not In?
Because our couriers provide an estimated delivery date and time we always recommend that someone is there to receive the order. If you definitely can’t be in then try to rearrange a more suitable time slot with the delivery company. The items can be left with a neighbour but remember, these are big, heavy items so please make sure your neighbour is OK with this. Alternatively, you can request for the delivery to be left in a ‘safe place’. If you choose this option make sure the safe place is;
- Safe but accessible to the delivery driver.
- Dry and weatherproof
Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage if items are left in a safe space that you’ve specified as meeting these criteria.
If the product can’t be delivered because there is no-one in and no safe space the items are returned to the courier’s warehouse. You will then need to liaise with them to arrange a re-delivery and there may be a charge for this.
Can I Order More Than One Minipack?
Yes, of course. We often have great deals on our Minipacks that make it very economical to order in larger numbers. You can order multiples of briquettes or heat logs or lookout for a deal that combines both or includes our firelighters and kindling as well.
