Orders under £75 made from these addresses are subject to a £5.95 delivery fee.

Do you reside outside our core delivery area but still want to receive the UK's highest-quality wood fuel? No problem! While we cannot offer you free delivery, you can still make your order and have it delivered to you quickly.
Surcharge Area Delivery Prices by Weight:
- Under 160 kg: £15.95
- 161-320 kg: £35.95
- Over 320 kg: £100*
*Price per fully loaded pallet. A single pallet can hold up to 900kg worth of wood fuels.
Please note that Lekto currently does not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

We do everything in our powers to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Order dispatch usually takes between 1 and 3 days.

We aim to deliver all orders to our clients as quickly as possible. In the vast majority of cases, your order will be delivered to you in one to five days.

I Live in a Surcharge Area, How Can I Make an Order?
Lekto clients residing in surcharge areas can receive delivery when they make bulk orders. To make a bulk order, order any pallet or a combination of products weighing over 320kg.
What Is the Process of Receiving Pallet Delivery?
Our delivery partners will contact you using the details you provided at checkout and inform you of the time and place of the delivery. Your signature is required as proof of you accepting delivery.

How Do I Store Wood Fuel Properly?
Lekto strongly advises that all wood and logs be stored indoors. Dry storage, proper stacking, and adequate air supply is essential for optimal performance.
Is It Possible to Reschedule My Order?
Can't receive your delivery on time? No problem. Use the link you received from our delivery partners when you placed your order to: a) change the delivery date, b) have the parcel delivered to a neighbour or a safe place, or c) have it delivered to a DPD pickup shop, where you will be able to pick it up at a convenient time and date.
NB! If several items are ordered, they may arrive in separate parcels. All parcels leave our warehouse together. However, they sometimes get split up at the delivery depot.
